Scope of service
The service covers mixing and mastering only, according to the package selected by the client. It does not include voice recording, composing, musical arrangement, performance editing, or any side services unless separately agreed in writing.
02
File delivery
The client must upload all required files (audio, references, instructions) completely and correctly before work begins. The client bears responsibility for the quality and organization of the submitted files.
03
Supported file formats
The system supports WAV, MP3, and FLAC files only, up to a maximum of 500 MB per work, unless otherwise agreed.
04
Execution start
Work begins only when (a) all required files are received, (b) the start of work is approved, and (c) payment is confirmed. The execution period excludes the client review time and any delay in sending feedback or approvals.
05
Revisions
Revision rounds are executed within the limits of the chosen package — Priority: unlimited; Excellence: up to 3 rounds; Flexibility: up to 2 rounds. A revision round is defined as one consolidated batch of notes sent at one time. Additional or fundamental revisions after approval may incur extra fees.
06
Timeline commitment
The studio commits to delivering the work within the timeframe specified in the chosen package, subject to unforeseen technical or operational circumstances beyond its control.
07
Payments & refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable once execution begins or the first draft is delivered.
08

The studio will maintain the confidentiality of submitted files and works, and will not share or publish them without client consent, except as required to execute the service.
10

11
Cancellation & postponement
Orders cannot be cancelled once execution has begun. Any request to postpone after work has started may affect the schedule and is subject to studio availability.
12
Final output quality
The quality of the final results depends directly on the quality of the raw recordings and original files submitted by the client.
13
Final approval
The work is considered final after the client approves the final version, or after a reasonable period passes without new feedback being received from the client.
14
Updates to these terms
The studio reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions as needed. The version in effect at the time the request was submitted applies.
